Here’s what’s available today:

  • grass-fed beef, box of assorted cuts (30 lbs.) $300
  • gr. beef, 1 lb packages @ $7/lb
  • stewed beef, 1 lb package $8/lb
  • pastured pork, box of assorted cuts (30 lbs): $220
  • pastured chicken, Wholes ( 5 lbs. ): $5/lb. halved (2.5 lbs): $5.25/lb. Breasts, Thighs @ $8.75/lb
  • grass-fed lamb, half lamb per box $13/lb. Approx. 18 lbs./ box

  • If you have any special requests please insert them in the comments section below.
  • The 30 lb box contains an assortment of cuts, and fits nicely in most small freezers. Enter the # of boxes you would like.

  • Beef Cutting Instructions

    All orders contain 40% ground beef. Do not check the ground beef option, unless you want to reduce the amount of roasts you are getting. Please indicate your selection below.
    *all prices are based on hanging weight. Actual lbs. of beef in your freezer will vary based on both animal yield and cutting selections.

  • Pork Cutting Instructions

    All pork orders contain 40% or ground pork. Do not check the sausage option, unless you want to increase the amount of sausage or ground pork you will get. In the sausage section you can indicate whether you would like sausage or ground pork.

Lamb Order Form

  • Each box weighs 18 lbs and contains a leg of lamb, rack of ribs, chops, roasts and ground meat. Pricing for Lamb is $13/ lb cut weight, so the 18 lb. box is $234.
